These questions are valid, and you don’t have to face them alone. Your body, mind, and spirit are sending signals, and together, we’ll work to understand them. By exploring what’s happening and why, we can uncover practical steps to address the root causes of your struggles and help you feel healthier and more in balance.

Wellness isn’t about quick fixes—it’s about listening to your body and making meaningful changes that support your whole self. I’ll guide you in uncovering what’s contributing to your ill health and help you find ways to restore balance, energy, and clarity.

As your mentor, my role is to walk with you through this process. I’ll help you make sense of what’s happening and support you in creating practical, sustainable solutions that align with your needs. Together, we’ll work toward answers that help you feel more in control of your health and your life.

As a Midlife Wellness Mentor, I help women find clarity and balance during this transformative phase of life. My approach is simple and grounded: we work together to reconnect your mind, body, and spirit so you can move forward with purpose and ease.

I don’t offer quick fixes or prescribe plans. Instead, I listen. I guide. I provide the space and support for you to rediscover what your body is telling you, what your mind is holding onto, and what your spirit needs to feel whole.

How I Work

Think of me as someone walking alongside you, helping you understand what your body, mind, and spirit are trying to tell you.

We’ll meet online for 60-minute sessions, where we’ll take time to explore your symptoms, concerns, and experiences.

Each session is designed to give you space to reflect, learn, and take meaningful steps forward. Together, we’ll look at your health as a whole—your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being—and uncover the imbalances that may be contributing to your challenges.

In these sessions, I’ll guide you to:

  • Understand the signals your body is sending through symptoms or patterns.

  • Use practical tools, like nutrition, lifestyle adjustments, or herbal medicine, to address what’s needed.

  • Explore how your mental and emotional state is connected to your physical health.

A Different Approach

This approach combines Eastern and Western philosophies and honours the wisdom of our ancestors, who used simple, sustainable practices to care for their health.

It’s about learning to recognise when your body, mind, and spirit are out of balance, understanding why, and knowing how to support yourself back to health.

As a qualified naturopath, I have access to herbal and nutritional medicines that aren’t available over the counter. If we decide these are a good fit for you, I can provide them, educate you about them, and show you how to use them effectively.

But this work is about more than just access—it’s about learning how to use these tools and others in a way that helps you feel confident and in control of your health.

Unlike traditional psychology, naturopathy, or therapy, I don’t diagnose, treat disorders or prescribe fixed protocols.

Instead, I help you reconnect with your own inner wisdom and develop practical skills to take care of yourself. My role is to guide you in understanding what your body needs and how to meet those needs in a way that feels right for you.

Traditionally, herbs and food as medicine were knowledge passed through families and communities daily.

I want to help you rebuild that connection so you’re not reliant on me or the health industry.

Instead, you’ll develop the skills and confidence to take care of yourself and share that knowledge with the people you love.

This isn’t just about feeling better—it’s about creating a sustainable way of living that supports your well-being long-term.

About Me

Hi, I’m Kimberly.

Over the past 26 years, I’ve held various positions as a psychologist, naturopath, teacher, and mentor, supporting women through life’s challenges.

My current focus is on helping midlife women reconnect with themselves—mind, body, and spirit—so they can navigate this transformative stage of life with clarity and balance to find peace and purpose.

I see human health as an ecosystem, much like nature. Everything thrives when we nurture balance, are adaptable, and care for ourselves.

My role is to guide you in reconnecting with your inner wisdom and creating sustainable practices that genuinely work for your life.

Outside of my practice, I find inspiration in nature. Whether I’m tending my backyard food forest or my 2000 worms in my worm farm, I’m reminded that balance isn’t something you achieve once—it’s a process that evolves with care and attention.

  • Behaviour Support Practitioner: Worked with individuals with disabilities to understand challenging behaviours and empower them to implement strategies that support emotional and behavioural well-being.

  • Academic Lecturer and Clinic Supervisor: Taught and mentored students in naturopathy, nutrition, and clinical skills, focusing on practical and theoretical knowledge.

  • Health Redesign Officer: Led projects to improve mental health services, translating research into actionable health system changes.

  • Remedial Massage Therapist: Supported physical rehabilitation and recovery in a clinical setting for over 9 years.

  • Early Childhood Educator: Developed age-appropriate learning and care programs to support young children’s growth and development.
